Ab-Soul Releases New Diss Track In Response To Joey Badass

Ab-Soul fires shots at Joey Badass with a response diss.

Joey Badass recently fired shots at West Coast and TDE with a bunch of diss tracks, where he received responses from Daylyt, Ray Vaughn, Az Chike and more. While some thought the battle is over, Ab-Soul decided to enter the field with a response diss track with no title. The song is produced by Low the Great & Python P.

“Silence is a prophet, probably why all these ni–as talkin’ / It was all a blur, blowing big dour by the O, word to mother / They relieved the era of the pros / Yeah, I brought the HiiiPower to the east coast / That’s a double enten’, I ain’t got time to explain,” he raps.

“Badmon tings, pine frying in the spliff, hitting like a cigarette / Me and Doe fell in love with the Backwoods, then became irrelevant, hmm / Come to find out STEEZ was the leader of the whole sh-t / Wish we could’ve bust it down more ‘fore he transitioned.”

“Fast forward, 4-7 on me permanently / Meanin’, if you f–king with them, then you f–king with TDE / This a competitive game, ni–as better be in shape / Catch you a friendly fade, then keep it that way / TDEast was a motherf–kin’ stretch, real sh-t.”

“I need me a Grammy just so I can piece it / Somebody get Moosa on the line / I’m still- / Joey my lil’ homie, hold on, don’t enter the void / If you knew, clear the room ‘fore I seek and destroy / Bang, bang, bang, I’m so corrupted I wanna call out names.”

In the end, he also took shot at DJ Akademiks. “And I’ma slap Akademiks when I see him,” he rapped.

Just a few weeks ago, Joey Badass, Ab-Soul and Big Sean teamed up for Red Bull Spiral Freestyle.
