Taylor Gang drops the “Taylor Nights” project feat Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, Ty Dolla & others.
Wiz Khalifa is undoubtedly eager to share new music with his fans. He has released several new songs in the last few months, some of which were included on the FUCC2020 mixtape and others that he released separately with videos. This week, the marijuana enthusiast returns with a new mixtape titled Taylor Nights, which features new songs from himself and other Taylor Gang signees.
After promising it a few weeks ago, Wiz Khalifa and his label Taylor Gang have released a compilation mixtape called “Taylor Nights“. The project contains 27 tracks with music from Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, Ty Dolla Sign, Berner, Chevy Woods, Young Deji, and more.
Since Wiz Khalifa’s Taylor Gang record label released the TGOD Volume 1 mixtape in 2016, a lot has changed. Most notably, Taylor’s repping the gang lineup has changed several times, with the addition of Texas rapper Young Deji and Midwest-bred artist SK8 to the mix. Nonetheless, with their new 27-song project Taylor Nights, the new-look Taylor’s have assembled to deliver the same level of 4/20-friendly jams as TGOD Volume 1.
The release was preceded by videos for “Ain’t Sh*t Free,” “Dreams,” and “Chicken With The Cheese,” all of which featured Wiz and his associates relaxing and having a good time in some smoked-filled, boisterous studio sessions.
The Taylor Gang Head, released numerous new songs in the last few months, some of which were included on the FUCC2020 mixtape and others which he released separately with visuals. Wiz began the year with his own solo mixtape, #FUCC2020, and could be heard on tracks like as Tyla Yaweh’s “All The Smoke,” 03 Greedo’s “Substance (We Woke Up),” DJ Pharris’ “Everything New,” and Problem’s “4 The Low,” among others. He completed the tasks last year.
Childish Gambino, who dropped his cryptic album 3.15.20 in the same fashion during the onset of the epidemic last year, is the inspiration for the literal mixtape. The DJ DaddyKat-hosted Taylor Nights, on the other hand, is a one-hour and 20-minute offering, demanding a significantly more commitment from listeners than Gambino’s release.
This week, the marijuana enthusiast returns with a new mixtape titled Taylor Nights, which has new songs from himself and other Taylor Gang signees.
Juicy J, Chevy Woods, Berner, Tuki Carter, J.R. Donato, Young Deji, and Sk8 are among the names on the list and contributing to the mixtapes. This one, like FUCC2020, is presented in a single long mixtape that clocks in at 1 hour and 20 minutes.
