Tory Lanez drops a new project “PLAYBOY” feat, Chris Brown.
After announcing it last week, Tory Lanez has released his new R&B capsule called “PLAYBOY“. The new project contains 12 tracks with a lone guest appearance from Chris Brown on ‘Feels‘ for which he dropped a music video last month.
“Emotionally, I was able to flow creatively. Some of my best creations come out when I’m vulnerable,” he explained. “This is me being as honest as I can be on a record. For the first time in a long time, I was writing R&B from a place of hurt and vulnerability, unlike a lot of my other R&B which is based on the pure vibe and catchy melodies.”
Tory Added, “I want my listeners to walk away with an understanding of how my emotions are and I want them to understand that this is an honest depiction of how I feel about relationships and people that are close to me.”
In December, Tory Lanez released his album called ‘Loner‘ featuring Swae Lee, Lil Wayne, Rich The Kid, Tyga, and more.
Tory announced forthcoming collaborations with Yung Bleu (“Crazy one for all the R&B aficionados”) and DaBaby, who features on “Skat,” for which they also recorded a video, in addition to Chris. “The video for ‘Skat’ is like wild, like dumb crazy, like the best video I think of this year,” Tory stated earlier this year when he previewed the visual.
Tory is still facing two felony charges in connection with Megan Thee Stallion’s shooting in July 2020. He has been barred from publicly commenting on the criminal case by a judge.
