T.I. unleashes Final Album “Kill the King”, Bringing His Music Career to a Close.
T.I. has officially released his final studio album, “Kill the King,” marking the end of an incredible journey that has lasted more than two decades.
The Atlanta rap legend dropped the album on Friday through Grand Hustle and Empire. The project is being promoted as T.I.’s last full-length album, bringing his music career to a close after 25 years in the industry.
This is an 18-track album packed with big-name collaborations. Fans will hear guest appearances from Anderson .Paak, The-Dream, 2 Chainz, Jeezy, T-Pain, Usher, Summer Walker, NBA Youngboy, Young Dro, Buddy Red, EJ Jones, Zonnique and several others.
The album also features production from Pharrell Williams, Dr. Dre, Dem Jointz and other respected producers, giving the project a strong mix of classic and modern sounds.

T.I. has spoken about retiring from music for several years. He first revealed the title Kill the King years ago, explaining that it represented closing the chapter on the “King of the South” nickname that followed him throughout his career.
In recent interviews, the rapper said he feels grateful to reach this moment after staying successful for 25 years. Speaking about the album, T.I. said releasing his final project feels more like a celebration than a goodbye.
“It’s a blessing to be able to maintain a consistent level of success for one year, let alone 25. I got everything I prayed for and I am thankful and honored by that so it just feels like a celebration for me.”

Following the album’s release, T.I. will hit the road for The King Succession Tour, where he will be joined by his sons Domani and King Harris. The tour is scheduled to begin in July.
Although Kill the King is being promoted as his final album, T.I. has made it clear that he isn’t stepping away from entertainment completely. He plans to continue acting, producing, business ventures and other creative projects.
For longtime fans, Kill the King serves as the final chapter in one of hip-hop’s most successful careers, closing the book on a catalog that helped shape Southern rap for more than two decades.
