Young M.A drops her new album “Off The Yak” feat Rubi Rose and more.
After giving us “Successful” and Fivio Foreign assisted “Hello Baby” earlier this month, Young M.A continues releasing new material as she finally drops her new album called “Off The Yak“. She dropped the title track for it back in February along with a visual. The project contains 11 tracks with guest appearances from Rubi Rose, Max Yb, and more.
The eleven-track project, which clocks in at just over 32 minutes in length, is another great release from M.A, who continues to position herself as one of her city’s authoritative voices. It’s easy to get the impression that criticizing her is a bad idea, and the quietly forceful lyricist is at her best when establishing her authority. On the first track, “Successful,” she observes, “I don’t even have to proclaim I’m queen of my city any longer.” “They are aware that I am the queen. That has already been jacked.”
“Off The Yak” isn’t totally fuelled by Brooklyn Drill production, despite it being the project’s main sound. M.A. puts in effort over a distinct sound on songs like “Yak Thoughts” and “Big Steppa,” demonstrating her flexibility. The hard-hitting bangers and braggadocious bars are the major draw for the most part, and Young M.A’s latest maintains her status as one of the finest in her class. Now you can listen to Off The Yak and share your thoughts in the comments section.
She also released a new music video for Rubi Rose featured “Don Diva“. Check out the full thing below.
