Royce 5’9″ drops “The Bar Exam 4” mixtape hosted by DJ Green Lantern
Royce Da 5’9″ continues dropping new material as he releases his new mixtape titled “The Bar Exam 4“. The project contains 28 records. It is hosted by DJ Green Lantern.
Westside Gunn and Conway, Slaughterhouse, Nick Grant, and Elzhi all provide vocals to the album for a 28 track mixtape. “I like how there are so many different groups representing the culture,” Royce says. “I just want us all to be aware of how much this culture has provided for us and the fight we had to go through to get here. Hip-hop is a very powerful soundtrack to the world that gives testimony to our lives and it should be handled with care.”
Royce’s latest mixtape is his first since the “Layers” album, which HipHop24x7 named the greatest album of 2016. Last year, Nickel Nine released Tabernacle: Trust The Shooter, which won DX’s 2016 Mixtape of the Year award.
