Quality Control drops “Control The Streets Vol. 2” project feat Young Thug, Meek Mills, Travis Scott & others.
Quality Control decided to drop their new compilation project ‘Control The Streets Vol. 2‘ which is a sequel to their project in 2017. The new album contains a massive list of 36 tracks with guest appearances from Megan The Stallion, Gunna, Playboi Carti, Meek Mill, Travis Scott, Young Thug, City Girls, PnB Rock, Gucci Mane, and more.
While the album emphasizes the differences in approaches, it also has a strong sense of brotherhood running through it. Lil Baby and DaBaby’s practically self-titled tune “Baby” is the most obvious example, but more subtle examples can be found on Saweetie & City Girls’ female-led “Come On” and Migos’ “Stripper Bowl.” Volume 2 is a celebration of hip-hop’s individuality and harmony, as well as stunning content for Quality Control’s performers.
In a genre rife with pointless rap beefs, the project’s essence eschews ego and machismo in favor of passion, unity, and talent, all for the love of the game they continue to want to be a part of.
