Stream Polo G Releases His New Album Hall of Fame

Polo G drops his new album “Hall of Fame” feat Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj & others.

After announcing it last month, Polo G has dropped his brand new album called “Hall of Fame“. The project contains 20 songs, including Lil Wayne assisted “Gang Gang“. The other guest appearances include Lil Durk, G Herbo, Rod Wave, DaBaby, Young Thug, Nicki Minaj, Pop Smoke, Fivio Foreign, and more.

The Chicago rapper’s latest album, Hall Of Fame, is expected to sell between 165,000 and 175,000 equivalent album units in its first week, according to Hits Daily Double forecasts published yesterday (June 12). That would be sufficient to propel it to the top of the Billboard 200 albums chart.

Polo G’s last album, The GOAT, was released in 2020 and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, with 99,000 equivalent album units. It’s evident now that he’s seriously leveled up in the year since his last drop. Hall of Fame will be his first No. 1 album if the predictions are correct.

“On the next album, they can expect a star-studded feature list and a lot of versatility,” Polo G told Complex. “I’ve got a lot of different types of music on it. I’ve got something that somebody from any type or facet of life could pull from on this project. If you don’t like the standard pain, melodic rap, I’ve got something that’s going to turn you up, too. I’ve got all types of sh*t for somebody to f**k with.”

“I’m really just trying to embrace it and soak it in,” he said. “Even though it was something that I manifested, it’s still damn near hard to believe. Because it ain’t like I stepped outside the box. I just made the same natural music that I always make. It’s just that I’m finally getting the recognition that I deserve.”

Polo G teased what it means to be the hall of fame-worthy in an almost 60-second teaser released before HOF’s launch. The video, which is narrated by former Chicago Bulls player and Dream Team member Scottie Pippen, shows a little youngster on the train listening to music on his way to school. Because Polo enters the screen and a montage of video footage of him in the studio and performing is displayed as the visual unfolds, this kid can be assumed to be a younger Polo.

The New York rapper recently appeared on LA Leakers show for a freestyle over DMX’s classic “Ruff Ryders’ Anthem“.
