Migos drops new album “Culture” feat Travis Scott, Lil Uzi & others.
Migos returns with new music as the trio unleashes their new project titled “Culture“. The album contains 12 tracks with features from DJ Khaled, 2 Chainz, Travis Scott, and Lil Uzi Vert.
Culture is the Atlanta trio’s second studio album. It was distributed by 300 Entertainment and released on January 27, 2017, by Quality Control Music and YRN Tha Label. Metro Boomin and Murda Beatz, among others, were in charge of the production. Three singles supported Culture: “Bad and Boujee,” “T-Shirt,” and “Slippery.” The album garnered mostly good reviews from reviewers and debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 in the United States.
With 131,000 album-equivalent units sold in its first week, Culture debuted at the top of the US Billboard 200. (44,000 of which were pure album sales). It was the first number-one album for Migos on both lists and also peaked at the top of the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) awarded the album platinum status for cumulative sales, streaming, and track sales equivalent to one million album-equivalent units in the United States.
