Megan Thee Stallion drops her new album ‘Fever’ feat DaBaby & Juicy J.
After giving us the ‘Sex Talk‘ single back in March, Megan Thee Stallion decided to drop her brand new project called ‘Fever‘ which is a follow-up to her last year’s ‘Tina Snow‘ mixtape. The new album contains 14 records with guest appearances from DaBaby and Juicy J.
With the release of her debut album, Fever, this week, the 24-year-old rapper reaches yet another milestone. Megan spoke about the project in January, describing how it differs from Tina Snow in 2018.
“This is a whole new persona. This is Hot Girl Meg. Tina Snow, she was the pimp, real confident. Hot Girl Meg is still confident, too, but this is more turn-up music to me,” she said “Hot Girl Meg is the life of the party, so you’re definitely gonna hear that in Fever […] So I’m just really excited for it to come out.”
Megan teased a small teaser ahead of the big release, which begins with the project’s opener, “Realer.” This might indicate that the whole rollout is part of a visual release, but we’ll have to wait for more materials to become available. Megan has gotten a lot of buzz on both sides of the Atlantic after a breakout performance at SXSW and a great performance on Fire In The Booth. Megan Thee Stallion’s recent collaborations with Young Nudy and Maxo Kream whetted fans’ appetites, and she’s finally released her debut full-length album.
In April, Megan collaborated with Beyoncé on a remix of “Savage,” the rapper’s tune that went viral on TikTok, with over 30 million users partaking in the “classy, bougie, ratchet” dance challenge.
