Mariah Carey drops new album ‘Caution’ feat Slick Rick, Ty Dolla Sign & others
After giving us a lot of tracks in the past months, Mariah Carey finally released her new album ‘Caution‘. The project contains 10 tracks with guest appearances from Gunna, Slick Rick, Ty Dolla Sign, and more.
Although the album has gotten good reviews thus far, the passion with which she sang “Lambily” has prompted not just Caution, but also the soundtrack to Carey’s 2001 rom-com Glitter to rocket up the iTunes rankings overnight.
Carey has released “GTFO,” “With You,” and the Skrillex-produced Ty Dolla $ign collaboration “The Distance,” all of which were produced by Nineteen85. Carey has also planned a 22-city North American tour in promotion of the record, which will begin in late February.
Carey’s new album, “Caution,” is released on Nov. 16 and is her first since signing an exclusive contract with her imprint Butterfly MC Records and Epic in the spring of 2017; she also signed a management agreement with Roc Nation late last year. The singer revealed the album on social media earlier this week, joined by her son Morocco a.k.a. Rocky.
