Logic drops ‘Supermarket (Soundtrack)’.
After promoting it for a few months, Logic finally released his debut novel called ‘Supermarket‘. Along with the book, he has also dropped the accompanying soundtrack which contains 13 songs.
“I wanted to use my novel as an opportunity to challenge myself musically diving into a completely new genre,” Logic stated in a press release.
Supermarket (Soundtrack) is a 13-track effort by Bobby that is fuzzier, softer, and a little warmer than his rigorous, ignitable sound. It’s because, with the exception of a few bars on “Can I Kick It,” the album steers clear of rap, opting instead for a smooth pop sound. The kind of music you’d hear in a store is light guitar plucks and stale retro synths. It’s a sonic companion that promises to bring a brighter musical side to his sombre debut novel.
