Logic drops his new album ‘Confessions of A Dangerous Mind’ feat Gucci Mane, Wiz Khalifa & others.
Logic announced his new album ‘Confessions of A Dangerous Mind‘ back in March and after revealing the release date a couple of days ago, he has officially released the project. The album contains a big feature of Eminem on the lead single ‘Homicide‘ which was released earlier this month.
The Eminem-assisted banger “Homicide,” on which Bobby Bestseller and Slim Shady perform a poetic murder rap, is the most recent single off Logic’s album. Intriguingly, comedian Chris D’Elia, who notably impersonated Em with a witty freestyle last fall, makes an appearance in the song.
The new album contains 16 tracks in total with guest appearances from Will Smith, G-Eazy, YBN Cordae, Gucci Mane, Wiz Khalifa, and Logic’s Father.
Logic shared the news on Instagram and also showed the album artwork. The digital artwork, which was created by long-time collaborator Sam Spratt, concentrates on Logic, the red skeleton ripping itself out of his body, and his peace-signaling fingers drenched in yellow paint from his smartphone. He’s also wearing a padded red jacket with a rainbow flag embroidered on the arm and a shaky three-stripes emblem that reads “Anxiety” rather than Adidas.
With 80,000 album-equivalent units, including 24,000 pure album sales in its first week, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind opened at number one on the US Billboard 200. Logic’s third US number-one album is this one. The album sold 29,000 units in its second week and fell to rank eighth on the list.
