Khalid shares his new comeback album “Sincere.”
Khalid returns to the music scene as he finally dropped his brand new album “Sincere.” This is his third studio album, and a follow up to 2019’s “Free Spirit”. This is his first project since 2021’s “Scenic Drive.”
The album comes with a pack of 16 tracks, with a lone guest appearance from Arlo Parks on “Breathe.” “This is the one I have been waiting five years to put out, and this is the one full of music that I’ve been harboring over the past half decade for the perfect moment, and no moment is more perfect,” he said in a press release.
“When I debuted, I was 17 years old. I had no true sense of self,” he said. “I was writing not even from my experiences. I feel like this album is exactly that. I took it back to basics and I approached it as if I was debuting as an artist all over again. It’s like I’m coming right back to the start of my journey but this time with more insight and knowledge.”

“It’s album week and I’m feeling many things right now. Everyone asks me if I’m excited, and I tell them that I’m anxiously prepared for everything to happen,” he wrote earlier this week. “I know I put my heart and soul into this process, and at times it felt like I was starting all over again for the first time. I believe this album will touch and impact many of you, because it still impacts me when I listen to it to this day. Anything that happened before this album almost doesn’t even matter anymore, and anything that happens after this album is what the universe intended. I’m so excited to see you all listen to this in full for the first time. I forgot how album week felt, but woah. Here we gooooo!”
