Juice WRLD drops new album ‘Death Race For Love’ feat Young Thug, Clever & others.
After announcing it a month ago, Juice WRLD has released his new album called ‘Death Race For Love‘. The project contains 22 records with guest appearances from Young Thug, Brent Faiyaz, and Clever. The production is handled by Hit-Boy, Boi-1da, Metro Boomin, and more.
“I’m losing my mind and I’m loving every minute of it. Just in time for the drop of the album… MARCH 8th… A DEATHRACE FOR LOVE,” On Thursday night, he announced the news on Twitter (Feb. 7). The title of the project follows Juice’s 2018 solo debut, Goodbye & Good Riddance, and retains the romantic vibe we’ve come to expect from him.
The album follows the rapper’s 2018 debut ‘Goodbye & Good Riddance. The rapper’s sophomore album garnered excellent reviews, with NME rating it four stars in a review that said, “Juice WRLD’s vibrant second studio album ‘Death Race For Love’ takes emo rap to imaginative new heights.”
Juice WRLD is poised to go on tour with Nicki Minaj across Europe later this month as Future’s substitute.
Death Race for Love opened at number one on the Billboard 200 with 165,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, 43,000 of which were pure album sales. It is Juice Wrld’s first number-one album in the United States. The album remained at the top of the charts in its second week, selling an additional 74,000 equivalent copies. The album fell to third place on the list in its third week, selling further 54,000 sales.
