Chris Brown & Young Thug Releases the ‘Slime & B’ Project feat Lil Duke, Gunna & others.
After teasing the album last month, Chris Brown and Young Thug joined forces for their new joint project called ‘Slime & B‘. The mixtape contains 13 records with guest appearances from Gunna, Lil Duke, and Hoody Baby.
Young Thug, who is set to release his second studio album, “Punk,” later this year, also announced the mixtape on social media, calling it “something special” for fans in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak. “Me and my brother @chrisbrownofficial did something special for you guys since this virus has everyone down.. Hope you like it lots,” Young Thug posted a message on Instagram with artwork from the mixtape.
Brown’s 31st birthday and Cinco De Mayo coincided with the release of the best-of-both-worlds project. Nonetheless, this isn’t the first time Breezy and Thugger have collaborated. “Wrist (Remix),” “Dat Night,” and “High End” are among the songs on which the two musicians collaborated.
The album “Slime & B” made its way on the charts after its initial release on SoundCloud as a free download. It was available on digital retailers and streaming services for a brief period of only three days. As a result, it made a strong debut at number 55 on the US Billboard 200 chart.
