Calvin Harris drops new album “Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1”.
After giving us his singled ‘Slide‘, ‘Heatstroke‘, ‘Rollin‘ and a video for ‘Feels‘, Calvin Harris finally decided to release his new project “Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1“.
The album contains 10 records with huge features from PARTYNEXTDOOR, Nicki Minaj, ScHoolboy Q, Frank Ocean, Migos, Young Thug, Future, Travis Scott, Pharrell, Ariana Grande, Snoop Dogg, John Legend, Big Sean, Katy Perry and more.
The record’s direction appears to signal that Harris is returning to a sound more in line with his debut album, ‘I Created Disco,’ and away from his tendency for more EDM-y output.
Forbes magazine recently named Harris the highest-paid EDM producer, with a reported pretax income of $48.5 million last year.
