Rod Wave shares new album “Nostalgia”.
After a series of recent new music, Rod Wave has officially released his brand new album “Nostalgia”. This is his fifth studio effort and a follow-up to last year’s “Beautiful Mind“. In late 2022, Wave also dropped a short project titled “Jupiter’s Diary: 7 Day Theory”.

The new album contains 18 tracks, including recently released “Checkmate“, “Come See Me“, and “Call Your Friends“. It comes with a guest appearance from 21 Savage on the song titled “Turks & Caicos”. The other solo offerings are “Long Journey”, “Love for A Thug”, “Boyz Don’t Cry”, “Keep It G”, “Rap Beef”, “Great Gatsby” and more.
“YOU don’t know me you know who I use to be ! My fault I guess I keep the world out my business so much that y’all just assume,” he said recently. “every album is about the year journey I took in between projects or battles I faced!!”
According to HDD, Rod Wave’s fifth studio album Nostalgia is expected to move 130-140k equivalent units in the first week, which will earn him the top spot on the US Billboard 200. The expected sales will be the biggest of Rod Wave’s career, and third third-biggest hip-hop sales week of 2023. This is Wave’s third consecutive #1 debut album on the US Billboard chart.
