Westside Gunn drops new album “Hitler Wears Hermes 8: Sincerely Adolf.”
Westside Gunn makes his return as the Griselda rapper releases the Side A of his brand new double album “Hitler Wears Hermes 8: Sincerely Adolf.” It is a follow-up to the 7th Hitler Wears Hermes project which dropped back in 2019. The project contains a pack of 13 new tracks. The guest appearances come from Conway The Machine & Benny The Butcher on “Claires Back”, Boldy James on “716 Mile”, Jadakiss on “Right Now”, Lil Wayne on “Bash Money”, Stver God Cooks on multiple tracks, and more.
The Griselda mogul recently opened a physical location for his Buffalo Kids boutique, executive produced Mach-Pray Hommy’s For Haiti, collaborated with Travis Scott on “Lost Forever,” which premiered at the Dior show in Paris, allegedly inspired Tyler, the Creator to rap again on CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, and made an appearance on Kanye West’s upcoming album DONDA.
It is the first Gunn project since last year’s Shady Records debut album “Who Made The Sunshine” which featured the likes of Black Thought, Busta Rhymes, Jadakiss, Smoke DZA, and more.
The rapper from Griselda discussed the likelihood that HWH8 will win a Grammy and why he doesn’t give a damn. “I really don’t even be caring about Grammys, honestly. I won in the streets, bro. The s**t that the Grammy dudes can do, I can do, but the sh*t I do, the Grammy dudes can’t do. So I already won in my eyes. I don’t even need those accolades. It doesn’t even make sense. We already know last year, Pray for Paris should have won a Grammy. It wasn’t even nominated. Nobody can teach me or tell me culture. Like, I’m in this s**t.
