Chris Brown is returning with his most ambitious album ever. The 45-song effort, titled Heartbreak on a Full Moon, follows his 2015 album Royalty. Chris Brown finally drops off his eighth Studio project “Heartbreak On A Full Moon”. The project which features jam-packed 45 tracks and features came up from Gucci Mane, R. Kelly, Usher, Lil Yachty, Yo Gotti, Ty Dolla Sign, Kodak Black, Future, Young Thug & More.
The double-disc includes previously released singles “Party,” “Privacy,” “Grass Is Greener,” and “Pills & Automobiles,” which takes around 2 hours 40 minutes to listen to from start to end.
Heartbreak on a Full Moon debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200, despite being counted for only three days of digital and streaming sales due to its release in the middle of the chart’s tracking week, becoming Brown’s ninth consecutive top 10 album on the chart after selling 68,000 copies and earning 220,000 album-equivalent units in three days. Brown’s sixth solo album to debut at the top of the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums list.
Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour was officially announced by Chris Brown on March 27, 2018, as a way to better promote the record. The tour kicked up on June 19 at White River Amphitheatre in Auburn. Rich the Kid, Jacquees, 6lack, and H.E.R. served as the tour’s openers. The tour’s 27 performances came to a close on August 4th, 2018.
