KRSNA drops a new project “Far From Over”.
Following the release of “Khatta Flow” with the duo of Seedhe Maut, KRSNA unleashes a brand new project. The Kalamkaar rapper KRSNA breaks hiatus with his new EP titled “Far From Over”.
The new EP contains 5 tracks, with guest appearances from Bharg on “Prarthana”, Seedhe Maut & Umair on “Hola Amigo” and AP Paisley on “Some of Us”. The other solo tracks include “Still Standing” and “Wanna Know”. Krsna also released the music video for Prarthana.
“Thank you to every one that’s part of it. @ar.paisley for coming through with that crazy hook and verse,” he wrote on his IG. “@seedhemaut for killing it every time and the brotherhood we have formed! @umairmusicxx for being a genius with the production! @bhargkale for that crazy beat that started the process of this EP.”
”
And last but not the least my bro @deepkalsimusic for always being there when I need him and putting in that work without hesitation. Love broski! Shout out to my guy @ryansummermusic for the quick turnaround and inputs! Work ethic is crazy! My team at @kalamkaarmusic for their patience and constant support. @believeasd for putting in the work along side us. Thank you to my listeners and supporters and sorry to keep you waiting.”

This is his first solo offering in 5 months, as he released “Time Will Tell” EP in March earlier this year, which featured Pakistani artists. It was a three-song EP, which featured assistance from Talhah Yunus on “NFL” and Talha Anjum on “Been A While”. The other solo track was titled “Kaha Tak”, with production from Umair & Jokhay.
“Initially in my career, I was just doing my own thing. I used to go to and perform at random places and maybe just do one song […] From around 2014 to 2017, I was not doing many shows so I kind of missed that feeling [of being on stage],” he told Rolling Stone India recently.
He also addressed artists not converting their streaming success into concert ticket sales. “I think that’s a thing outside of India and a lot more seen in the U.S., although there was the news about Lil Baby recently and how he couldn’t sell as many tickets and had to cancel select dates. But he’s doing crazy numbers,” he said. “There’s a good chance people will show up if you have a lot of streams, but the extent of it is always debatable.”
