J. Cole’s “The Fall-Off” is here.
After officially announcing it last month and teasing it some years back, J. Cole has dropped his seventh and possibly last album titled “The Fall-Off”. This is his first studio album in over five years, following up on “The Off-Season” in 2021.
This is double disc album (Disc 29 and Disc 39), consisting of 24 tracks in total, including bonus offerings. “The Fall-Off, a double album made with intentions to be my last, brings the concept of my first project full circle,” he wrote while announcing the tracklist. “Disc 29 tells a story of me returning to my hometown at age 29. A decade after moving to New York, accomplishing what would have seemed impossible to most, I was at a crossroads with the 3 loves of my life; my woman, my craft, and my city.”
“Disc 39 gives insight into my mindset during a similar trip home, this time as a 39 year old man. Older and a little closer to peace.”

There are no features mentioned on the tracklist, but there could be possible hidden guest appearances.
Before the album, Cole dropped a new mixtape last month titled “Birthday Blizzard ’26”, featuring five new freestyles.
