Dr. Dre’s new GTA tracks officially released on Streaming platforms.
In December, Dr. Dre made his return to the music scene with 6 new tracks. The songs were released through the soundtrack of “GTA Online: The Contract“. Now all the tracks are officially released on all DSPs.
Dr. Dre has released tracks from the Grand Theft Auto expansion The Contract to streaming sites a week before his scheduled performance at Super Bowl LVI. Dre and Snoop Dogg were confirmed to contribute to The Contract in late-2021, but the game also features Dre, Anderson.Paak, DJ Pooh, and Interscope Records co-founder Jimmy Iovine in video game form.
The EP includes features from Eminem on “Gospel”, Snoop Dogg, Anderson. Paak & Busta Rhymes on “ETA”, Nipsey Hussle & Ty Dolla Sign on “Diamond Mind”, Rick Ross & Anderson .Paak on “The Scenic Route”. The project also features a couple of solo offerings called “Black Privilege” and “Falling Up”.
Later this month, Dr. Dre will team up with Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige for a historic Super Bowl Halftime Show performance. “I’m grateful to JAY-Z, Roc Nation, the NFL, and Pepsi as well as Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar for joining me in what will be an unforgettable cultural moment,” Dre previously said in a statement.
