Blxst returns with a new album “Before You Go”.
Blxst is back with some new material as he finally dropped his long-awaited debut album “Before You Go”. This follows up Blxst’s last year’s “Just For Clarity” EP with Russ and the late Drakeo The Ruler and his “Sixtape 2” with Bino Rideaux.
The full project contains 13 tracks, with guest appearances from Arin Ray on “Fake Love In LA”, Rick Ross on “Couldn’t Wait For It”, Zacari on “Sometimes” and more.
Arin Ray, Grandmaster Vic, Rick Ross, and Top Dawg Entertainment’s Zacari will all perform on the 13-track album Before You Go. Before You Go’s first song “Sometimes,” which Blxst released on March 3, included the latter’s abilities. “I’m sure everybody can relate,” Blxst said in a statement about the track’s theme of balance. “Trying to balance being in the field while making sure home is happy but sometimes it ain’t as pretty as you want it to be.”
“First time I linked up with Blxst was at this studio house in Malibu and we made this song the first night we met,” Zacari added in his own statement. “Working with Blxst was hella easy, it was organic we’re both quick on the mic so it flowed. It was tight working with another young west coast singer, we boutta take over. R.I.P Nate Dogg.”
