Kendrick Lamar drops visual for “ELEMENT.”.
After giving us videos for ‘HUMBLE.” and “DNA.“, Kendrick Lamar returns with another brand new video. This time he releases one for his track titled “ELEMENT.“. It’s the third video off his latest certified platinum album ‘DAMN.‘.
The video, directed by Jonas Lindstroem and The Little Homies, is a visual meditation on the song’s themes, which include violence in America, masculinity expectations, the grind of poverty, Kendrick the artist’s perch at the top of the rap game, and K.Dot the kid’s unwavering loyalty to his hometown, Compton. Oh, and he definitely makes the whole thing appear hot.
