DJ Khaled drops the video for ‘Jealous’.
After giving us visuals for ‘Higher‘, ‘Celebrate‘ and ‘Just Us‘, DJ Khaled continues putting out new videos one after another as he teams up with Chris Brown, Big Sean and Lil Wayne for the video of ‘Jealous‘.
The footage begins with Khaled being flanked by security before meeting Jennifer Lopez. In various moments, he ultimately connects with his track colleagues. In the clip, Khaled, as expected, plays up to his character and meme-stardom, interspersing the song with small comic moments with his co-stars. And, yeah, Asahd makes an appearance.
Khaled will appear on Saturday Night Live this weekend. He stated that he’ll be joined by Weezy, J Balvin, Meek Mill, SZA, John Legend, Big Sean, Jeremih, and Lil Baby. There’s no indication on whether he’ll appear in any skits, but if he does, he’ll be paired with presenter Paul Rudd.
Khaled then lays another wager with Wayne on a horse race before joining Sean Don for a boat racing in Miami. In the closing scene, Breezy, Sean, and Khaled reunite, with Khaled’s kid Asahd also making an appearance. The song borrows Diana King’s ’90s classic “Shy Guy” and appears on Khaled’s latest album Father of Asahd, which also includes Beyoncé, JAY-Z, Cardi B, Justin Bieber, SZA, Nas, 21 Savage, and others.
