JAY-Z is now a billionaire.
JAY-Z wins the race from Dr. Dre and Diddy to become the first Hip-Hop Billionaire. Forbes has released the rapper’s money-making ventures which helped him get to the milestone.
The ventures includes Armand de Brignac ($310m), Cash & Investments ($220m), D’UssE ($100m), Tidal ($100m), Roc Nation ($75m), Music Catalog ($75m), Art Collection ($70m) and Real Estate ($50m).
While many assumed Dr. Dre was the first to do this after selling Beats By Dre to Apple for $3 billion, Forbes disputed those claims, noting that his net worth is $850 million.
