Dr. Dre's Selling His Longtime Woodland Hills Mansion For $5.25 million

According to the Los Angeles Times, the legendary producer and rapper Dr. Dre, who’s the second wealthiest hip-hop giant with over $800 million net worth, has listed his longtime home in Woodland Hills, California for $5.25 million which he bought in 1999 for $2.35 million.

The French Country-style mansion which was built in 1987 and extensively updated, sits on more than half an acre in the guard-gates community of Westchester Country Estates. The 16,200-square-foot manor features two kitchens, a 250-bottle wine cellar, an office, a red-clad movie theater, a paneled dining room, an elevator, a custom 150-gallon fish tank, pocketing walls of glass border a grand lanai, which holds a wet bar and an indoor spa.

There are eight bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and two powder rooms. The outside area holds a saltwater pool, patios, and fire pit. A flat-screen television built into a stone sits near the pool area.

The 54-year-old founder and chief executive of Aftermath Entertainment and Beas Electronics also owns multiple properties in LA area including a Brentwood estate he bought from Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen for $40 million in 2014.
