Big K.R.I.T Announces ‘Cadillactica’ Release Date
Big K.R.I.T has Announced his Sophomore Album Dropped on November 11th. He posted on Twitter about the release date of his upcoming Album “Candillactica”. Def Jam/Cinematic will release his follow-up to his 2012 debut Live from the Underground on November 11th.
The debut single “Pay Attention,” produced by Jim Jonsin and featuring Rico Love, was released in July. He released “Mt. Olympus,” “New Agenda,” and the A$AP Ferg-assisted “Lac Lac” earlier this year, all of which are expected to appear on the album.
Unlike Underground, which he produced alone, he collaborated with several producers on this album, including DJ Dahi, Terrace Martin, Will Power, and Raphael Saadiq, who is featured on it.
“Cadillactica is the planet where all the fly things come from—all the player things, all the musically creative things, all the conscious records,” explained K.R.I.T. “Cadillactica is about testing the boundaries of totally new content, totally new ideas.” To warm up for the release, he dropped his mixtape See Me On Top 4 featuring Juicy J, Rick Ross, and A$AP Ferg.
