Run The Jewels drops new song “Let’s Go (The Royal We)”.
Run The Jewels are back with some new music as the duo of Killer Mike and El-P drops the song called “Let’s Go (The Royal We)“. They made an appearance on Zane Lowe’s show on Apple Music to debut the track. This appears on the soundtrack of the new Marvel film ‘Venom‘ which stars Tom Hardy.
El-P stated the song was inspired by his rejected effort for the Blade Runner 2049 teaser during a conversation with Zane Lowe. “I just loved it so much that I knew I had to use it,” El-P said. “I spent some time working on it, trying to turn it into a beat for essentially Run the Jewels 4, since Mike and I both loved it and felt it was nasty.” They also informed Lowe that they had been hard at work on the forthcoming RTJ record.
