Fat Joe & Remy Ma drops “Plata O Plomo” album.

Fat Joe and Remy Ma have released their new joint debut album titled “Plata O Plomo“. The project contains 12 tracks with features from the likes of French Montana, Kent Jones, Sevyn Streeter, BJ The Chicago Kid, The-Dream, Ty Dolla Sign, and more.

The New York pair will release a 12-track record featuring collaborations after releasing their Grammy-nominated multi-platinum smash “All The Way Up,” followed by the turn-up ready “Cookin'” and sensual slow ballad “Money Showers.”

The first shot fired on Plata O Plomo, “Warning,” features a guest appearance from singer Kat Dahlia, and finds the two Bronx bombers talking greasy over production by Cool & Dre and Eric Kovacs, letting the opposition know they’re looking to shake things up in the rap game and plan on taking no prisoners. Fat Joe raps, “Before the red carpets, I was into narcotics/Beat nasty bi*ches rats and all charges,” living true to his kingpin character, bragging of his criminal escapades and the trappings of his opulent lifestyle, and looks to be in-game condition lyrically. While the album’s most gripping songs come during its most sensitive moments, Plata O Plomo is primarily propelled by music-oriented for the concrete jungle and thoughts of a hustler and a thug guy. “Go Crazy,” which features Sevyn Streeter and BJ The Chicago Kid on vocals, has a sample of Floetry’s famous slow burner “Say Yes,” and finds the two hard rockers smoothing things up with flirty thoughts aimed to the opposite s*x. “It’s the don and Remy Revlon, believe I’m worth it/I have a great set, oh they perkin’,” Remy Ma purrs, demonstrating her ability to combine s*x appeal with a poetic edge.
